To realize the full value of an Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) investment, the underlying development workflow must be efficient, consistent, and reliable. This session introduces a complete, end-to-end process built on a Red Hat supported toolchain designed to supercharge the entire automation content lifecycle. Discover how to leverage the official Ansible VS Code extension and Dev Container to rapidly create new Ansible content—including playbooks, collections, roles, modules, and plugins. We will then cover how to test the automation with integrated linting and Molecule to ensure quality and reduce production errors. Later, we'll walk through how to package automation into custom Execution Environments (EEs), use ansible-navigator to bring content and EEs together for local runs, and finally deploy the finished collections to Automation Hub for enterprise-wide use.
