As organizations rapidly deploy AI and generative AI systems, responsible AI is becoming a critical requirement for security, compliance, and trust. However, many enterprises struggle to move beyond high-level principles toward practical implementation. Responsible AI cannot rely solely on policies or governance frameworks—it must be embedded directly into the architecture of AI systems. This session explores how organizations can design responsible AI systems in the cloud by integrating governance, security, and observability into the AI lifecycle. The talk will introduce architectural patterns such as AI guardrail layers, data governance pipelines, responsible AI observability, and centralized governance planes that help operationalize responsible AI across modern cloud environments. Attendees will learn practical approaches for building AI systems that are not only scalable and high-performing, but also transparent, auditable, and aligned with responsible AI principles. About the Speaker Pragya Keshap is a Cloud architecture practitioner specializing in AI governance, cloud-native security, and enterprise AI infrastructure. She focuses on designing scalable cloud and AI systems with built-in governance, security, and operational guardrails. Pragya has contributed book chapters on AI Governance and Risk Management and Data Privacy in AI-powered Cloud systems published by Springer Nature, and regularly writes about responsible AI, cloud architecture, and API security. Her work explores how organizations can operationalize trustworthy AI in modern cloud environments.
